Adobe Air Runtime, Update Issues
Last week some users reported an intermittent issue with their player. We have been able to identify that is produced by the latest version of the Adobe AIR Runtime. Our developers are currently working on a patch to solve the issue. In the meantime, here is a workaround procedure you can follow to get your s3mer player Up-and-Running. Simply delete the preferences folder (S3merApp) which is located in:
Mac: /Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Preferences/S3merApp
Win: C:\Documents and Settings<USERNAME>\Application Data\S3merApp
